The company behind the 3D real-time strategy game Total Annihilation, Cavedog, may be defunct, but some of the creators behind it are still hammering away at new games. Chris Taylor's Gas Powered Games is working on their RPG, Dungeon Siege. Players can travel through Dungeon Siege with a solo character, or in a party of as many as ten. Gas Powered Games is pushing to make the game world seamless and easy to get into, with fast performance and simple objectives. Gameplay hails primarily from classic dungeon crawls, but Dungeon Siege is to include tools so users can create everything from new spells to new levels. Of course, multiplayer support via the MSN Gaming Zone will enable players to adventure with a party of friends.
