Bond, James Bond. How many times have Bond fans wanted to utter that statement? PC gaming Bond fans will get their chance to say it and do it when EA releases The World is Not Enough. This Quake III-based game is to feature ten levels and forty different weapons and gadgets from the famous Bond inventor known as "Q".

The level we saw at E3 was fairly realistic, looking like a European village, complete with lots of archways and destroyable objects like crates and barrels. The two weapons we saw, a pistol and a machine gun, were good implementations of pretty standard fare from real life, but we're sure there's much more to come. Like a lot of games based on movies, this one will indeed capture key characters and events of The World is Not Enough, but will include new villains and allies. Gameplay, according to EA, will require both the brutal action and the sneaky stealth typical of Bond. And yes, if the player does well, there are supposed to be Bond girls too.
