Let’s cut to the chase - F.A.K.K² is the computer game sequel to a poorly received animated sci-fi movie with a main character based on porn star and B-movie actress Julie Strain. Sounds pretty bad already, huh? Well, once you get a better idea of the bigger picture, F.A.K.K.² seems anything but bad. Let us introduce you to some of that bigger picture.

Back from defeating wannabe God Lord Tyler, titular the main character F.A.K.K.² (who’s real and damn sight more feminine name is Julie) now watches over those with no place to call home whom she has brought back to her beautiful home world called Eden. However, now the intergalactic corporate warlord Gith approaches in a colossal craft powered by the souls of those he has conquered. Of course, the only thing standing in the way of Gith conquering Eden and its life prolonging waters is F.A.K.K.² herself.

Heavy Metal: F.A.K.K.² is being developed by Ritual using the ever gorgeous Quake 3 engine. They’ve integrated the Morpheus Script system from Sin into the Quake 3 code allowing the developers and any future mod authors alike to easily manipulate in game characters for some top quality scripted sequences. These characters will also look pretty damn nice thanks to the “TIKI” model system which implements more character animation buzz words than we actually know the meaning of. Level of detail, dynamic hierarchy interaction, swappable model components and a continuously interpolated single mesh system.
