Le'jak Nar, high adjudicator of the Predator race, lies patiently in an air duct. He looks down through a grating at two frightened human Marines.
"Stay with me, Smitty! Stay with me!" says the first.
"It's cold…so cold…sorry Ryan…" Smitty whispers, blood trickling from his mouth and pouring freely from a large gash in his chest. With a last shudder, he stops breathing.
Ryan yells hysterically, "No! God no! Smitty! Oh man! Oh crap! Game over man! Game over!"
"No." thinks Le'jak Nar, "It has just begun."
"Yum!" thinks an alien as it rams its ovipositor through the back of Le'jak Nar's skull.
