Chances are you're here because, despite our best efforts, you're still craving more gaming news and reviews. Well, we have what you want - links. Lots of links. More than you can shake a RAM stick at in fact.

3D News - www.3dnews.net
Sam and Sander are two damn nice guys (Pete met 'em at ECTS '99 and can verify this). Fitting really because they've got a damn nice site loaded to the gills with frequently updated news on everything 3d gaming related.

Adrenaline Vault - www.avault.com
The Adrenaline Vault has been around for longer than we can remember and has been a well respected source of gaming news for just as long. A great source for new demo downloads and ever intelligent and well written reviews.

Blue's News - www.bluesnews.com
You see the title on Blue's page? "Serving the online gaming community for over a third of a decade". Count 'em - that's nearly four years, which makes Blue a veteran at this kinda thing. loonyboi and Frans recently joined on with the Blue meister so you get 3d gaming news even more regularly. No more excuses, visit the damned site already!

Combat sim - www.combatsim.com
While it might not get as much attention as the 3D shooter genre, flight sim gamers are every bit as hard core with joysticks, rudders and pedals so expensive it'd almost be cheaper to buy a MIG. If you're such a person then you really want to visit CombatSim.com. Flight Sim coverage of all sorts with a light dose of real time strategy coverage thrown in for good measure.

File Planet - www.fileplanet.com
Another site from the GamySpy Empi... er Network. File Planet has every conceivable file for every conceivable game from Quake to Worms Armageddon.

Gamasutra - www.gamasutra.com
The suggestively named Gamasutra is a great resource for game designers, aspiring or established, and often proves a great read for the average gamer too. While their articles on path finding, particle systems and the like may be a little too much for the average gamer (they certainly give us a bit of a headache trying to comprehend 'em) there is lots of stuff that's accessible yet interesting and their post mortem articles on various games by their developers are invariably good reads.

Game Center - www.gamecenter.com
From the same guys with rather swank sites like download.com, radio.com, news.com and help.com (we don't even want to imagine what it cost them to get those domains), C-Net, comes Game Center. Give it a read why don't ya?

Game Girlz - www.gamegirlz.com
GameGirlz is the site for female gamers out there. The site is also owned by Sharky Extreme contributor and Clan PMS Founder (Psycho Men Slayers rather than what probably sprung to your mind first) Vangie "Aurora" Beal, so we're pretty damn keen on it.

GameSpot - www.gamespot.com
One of the biggest games coverage sites on the net. Our good buddy Amer, formerly of this parish, also works there now so we thought we'd better include it lest he kick our collective butts next E3. In all seriousness though, GameSpot is quality.

Game Spy - www.pair.com
Clearly using the GameSpy.com domain to host a Quake server browser wasn't enough so they kicked the site into overdrive and slapped on some games coverage to compete with the best of 'em.

GameFan - www.gamefan.com
The website of the print mag. That sounds a bit like the film of the book or something doesn't it? Still, unlike most film to book conversions the GameFan site is top.

GA-Strategy - www.gastrategy.com
Is Tanya from Red Alert your pinup (or, if you're kinda twisted, Kerigan from StarCraft)? GA-Strategy is all about nothing but strategy games so if you're into strategy games, you'll be into this site.

RPG Vault - www.slashdot.org
While it recently became part of IGN that hasn't stopped RPGVault from putting out news on every RPG under the sun, day in day out.

sCary's Shugashack - www.shugashack.com
Hit the Shack for gaming news with a dash of general reporting on things like the 'net, Napster, America Off, er, OnLine, and of course Britney Spears, just to keep things interesting and a little different.

SpecForce.net - www.specforce.com
Try rocket jumping in any of the games SpecForce covers and you'll get spread across the nearest wall. Spec Force reports on realistic tactical combat games such as Rogue Spear and Delta Force so if you enjoy those kind of games you'll find this site damn handy.

Stomped - www.stomped.com
After running his own site on Stomped for years the Stomped guys brought Redwood on board to run their news section, and a good decision it was too. Apart from beign quite possibly the tallest news hound in the biz (he ain't called Redwood for nothing) Sean can frag just as well as he can get the news out there to the public.

Thresh's Firing Squad - www.firingsquad.com
Take one Quake Champion (and yes he is that good - we once saw Thresh jump from a platform in Quake and plant 4 rockets smack bang in a guys face before he even hit the ground), add a hardware guru or two (Kenn and co.) and you get Firing Squad. Top content and some pretty fun polls as an added bonus.

Hoodooo Extreme - www.ve3d.net; www.voodooextreme.com
Sharky's old gig and the only site out there loading up news posts with more inuendo than your average Carry On film. Recently home to intersting features such as Developers at Work (shots of developer desktops) and tonnes of interviews.
